Order Processing

All Hamda ’Koya pieces are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for production, plus aadditional 5–7 business days for shipping.

International Orders

• Delivery takes 5–7 working days once shipped.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
• A signature may be required on delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in your order total.
• These charges are collected by your country’s customs office upon delivery and are the customer’s sole responsibility.
• You may receive an email notification from our delivery partners requesting payment before your order is released.

Returns

• Returns and refunds are not eligible at this time, as we currently operate a preorder model at ’Koya.
